Standalone inspections (without service) are subject to a $59 inspection fee. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work determined during an on-site inspection. We will always communicate any changes in pricing before performing work.

4. Service Scheduling and Cancellations

When you submit a service request, we will contact you to confirm scheduling. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency services may have different terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
